Job Description:
  1. Query resolution/Escalation management for the assigned customers.
  2. Maintaining customer relationship/customer engagement/retentions and renewals.
  3. Regular followups with the customer for client engagement.
  4. Coordination with internal team including INFRA/Product/Sale/Development for issue/bugs/enhancement delivery.
  5. Responsible for follow-ups on AMC Contract renewals and timely collection of the payments.
  6. Being Customer SPOC and responsible for the full-service delivery as per SLAs.Updating internal trackers and ticketing management software.
