Procurement:
  • Responsible for purchase of IT Hardware like Servers Blade/Rack, Storage, Switches, Routers, Firewall, Load balancers, IP Phones, Desktops, Laptops, other consumable items and Project Appliances. Software's like – Oracle, Microsoft, BMC, Adobe, Mcafee, Symantec, Checkpoint, RSA.Services like AMC, Software Support, Implementation, Installation & Commissioning, and Professional Services for North and Western India.
  • Analysis of requests received for the procurement related to IT.
  • Provide the best available solutions to users at cheapest prices.
  • Invite quotation from vendors, negotiate for best prices and prepare comparative analysis.
  • Releasing the purchase order post all required approvals.
  • Providing necessary documents to logistics dept for import items to get the approvals for STPI, customs and SEZ.
  • Follow-up with vendor for timely delivery of goods and ensure TAT is achieved.
  • Providing landing information of import shipment to logistic department
