Job Role Overview: The BDM will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing sales for IT infrastructure and solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry connections, particularly in the Mumbai region. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Generate leads and proactively reach out to prospective clients across various industry verticals.
  • Sell IT hardware, infrastructure solutions, managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud offerings.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations to CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the technical and pre-sales teams to customize solutions as per client needs.
  • Report sales forecasts and performance metrics to the senior management.
 Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, especially in IT hardware and solution sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Mumbai industry landscape and corporate accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated with a proven sales track record
