Job Role Overview:The BDM will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing sales for IT infrastructure and solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry connections, particularly in the Mumbai region.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Generate leads and proactively reach out to prospective clients across various industry verticals.
Sell IT hardware, infrastructure solutions, managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud offerings.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver business presentations to CXO-level stakeholders.
Work closely with the technical and pre-sales teams to customize solutions as per client needs.
Report sales forecasts and performance metrics to the senior management.
Required Skills and Experience:
5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, especially in IT hardware and solution sales.
Strong understanding of the Mumbai industry landscape and corporate accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Result-oriented and self-motivated with a proven sales track record
