• No Failover/HA Setup – The private cloud lacked a failover cluster, making downtime a significant risk.

The Solution: Pentagon designed and implemented a robust AWS-powered infrastructure for Accucia’s client. The migration plan included:

• Application Load Balancer to distribute traffic across two EC2-based application servers.
• Automated Backups & Retention Policies with daily snapshots and 7-day recovery window.
• Enhanced Security using AWS Key Management Service (KMS), Security Groups, and Network ACLs.
• Scalable Storage via Amazon RDS auto-scaling features to handle continuous data growth.
• Smooth Migration performed with MySQL dump utility, verified with FCIV for data integrity.
