The Challenge: As the company scaled globally, its legacy IT infrastructure created several challenges:
Downtime Issues – Frequent outages due to local power failures and system errors resulted in 10–12% business loss. ERP Uptime Demands – Oracle E-Business Suite ERP required higher uptime and reliability. Database Resilience – Oracle 12c migrated to Amazon RDS Multi-AZ with synchronous replication, reducing downtime and latency. Configured Read Replica for read-heavy workloads.
