EarlySalary is one of India’s leading digital lending platforms, offering instant credit solutions to millions of users. With a rapidly growing customer base and increasing loan volumes, the platform relies heavily on document processing for KYC, underwriting, and customer support operations.
Business ChallengeAs the business scaled, document operations became a major bottleneck. Critical workflows such as KYC verification, income validation, and invoice processing were heavily manual, leading to long turnaround times, high error rates, and increased operational load.Customer support was equally impacted, with query resolution taking up to 48 hours due to dependency on manual processes. Additionally, the absence of automation, scalability, and disaster recovery capabilities posed risks to business continuity and compliance.
Goals & ObjectivesThe objective was to automate document processing, accelerate customer and internal query resolution, and build a scalable, secure, and highly available platform capable of handling growing volumes while ensuring compliance with financial data regulations.
Solution ApproachWe implemented an AI-powered Document Automation platform using Amazon Bedrock Agents, introducing a multi-agent architecture to streamline operations.The solution included three intelligent components:
Implementation Approach The platform was built on a secure AWS architecture with private networking, encryption, and role-based access control. Document ingestion pipelines, AI orchestration, and storage systems were integrated into a unified workflow. Monitoring, logging, and governance were enabled through cloud-native services to ensure full visibility and auditability across operations.
Results
The transformation significantly improved operational efficiency and customer experience. Document processing time was reduced from multiple days to a few hours, while a large portion of manual effort was eliminated through automation. Customer query resolution improved dramatically, enabling faster response times and better engagement. The solution also strengthened security, ensured compliance, and introduced high availability with disaster recovery capabilities. Overall, the platform evolved into a scalable, intelligent system capable of supporting rapid business growth.
