LTTS faced significant complexity in managing its email infrastructure. The legacy setup—comprising Cisco On-Port for on-premise email and SMTP2GO for cloud applications—was supporting over 250 applications and processing 150,000+ emails daily. This hybrid environment posed challenges in:

The Solution Offered

LTTS partnered with AWS to transform their email ecosystem using Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). The implementation followed a structured, phased approach:

3. Full-Scale Migration

Completed the migration of all applications.
Integrated AWS Secrets Manager for secure credential management.
